Why climb when you can fly? The secret to your success is realizing you can start at the top.
The old philosophy of success

We've been taught that getting what we want is supposed to be hard.

Listen to the expressions we've heard our entire lives:

Climb the mountain to reach your goals. Trudge the road to happiness. Climb the corporate ladder. Go the extra mile. Blaze a trail. Stay the course. Keep your eyes on the prize. Hit the mark. Break through the glass ceiling. Pave the way. Carve out a niche. Work your way to the top. Pay your dues. Keep grinding. There are no shortcuts to success.

Forget all that.

There's another way

Why climb when you can fly?

The secret to your success is realizing you can start at the top. Working with a goal coach like Charley Crowe helps you stop treating success like something you have to struggle uphill to earn. We start by getting clear about where you actually want to go.

Then we build the right snowball, point it toward your goal, and start pushing it downhill until momentum begins to take over.

Start at the top. Build the snowball. Get it rolling.

The Snowball Philosophy

The trick is getting the ball rolling in the direction of your goals.

At first, you push. Then the snowball grows. Eventually momentum starts helping you—and once it's really rolling, it becomes very hard to stop.

1. Choose the direction

Make sure the goal actually leads toward the life or result you want.

2. Build the snowball

Start with an action small enough to do and useful enough to matter.

3. Push

Actions create wins. Wins add snow. Repetition creates momentum.

4. Let momentum work

Keep steering and adjusting until moving forward becomes easier than stopping.

What happens when momentum takes over?

The snowball starts doing the things you've been told to struggle through.

Blaze a trail?

A rolling snowball creates its own path down the mountain.

Overcome obstacles?

Many small obstacles get absorbed into the snowball instead of becoming reasons to stop.

Break the glass ceiling?

You're not fighting through it from underneath. Your snowball is like a boulder coming from above.

The goal isn't to become better at struggling. The goal is to create momentum that carries you toward what you actually want.

The SUPAR Success Formula

A repeatable process for getting your snowball rolling.

Let's Get My Snowball Rolling

Charley Crowe coaching a business owner
About Charley Crowe

I spent most of my life wanting to experience everything—and accomplishing almost nothing.

I've always been someone who wanted to experience everything life had to offer. The problem was that in my pursuit of everything, I never stayed focused long enough to build the life I actually wanted.

Addiction played a major role in that. I've overcome major addictions in my life, worked hundreds of different jobs along the way, and spent years trying to figure out where I belonged.

But one dream never really went away: I've wanted to be my own boss since I was a child.

Over the past decade I finally got a taste of that freedom—and discovered freedom wasn't enough. I still wasn't truly happy because I wasn't spending my life doing what I love most: helping people.

When I looked back at the major changes I had successfully made in my own life, I realized they weren't random. There was a process underneath them. That process became the SUPAR Success Formula.

I'm here because I learned that I'm already at the top of the mountain. My goals become so much easier to achieve when I stop trying to climb toward them and start snowballing my dreams downhill. The climb was never the answer. The real breakthrough was realizing I could start at the top.

Using The SUPAR Success Formula helped me understand that my true path to happiness is helping other people achieve theirs. That's why I started Crowe Your Potential.

Now I want to help you realize you're already at the top too—to choose the right goal, build your snowball, point it in the right direction and get it rolling.

Four weeks. Four private sessions. One important goal.

This isn't a prerecorded course. We work together on your actual goal and use The SUPAR Success Formula every week to create movement, learn from what happens, and build momentum.

And when the snowball is rolling?
Coaching changes. You don't need someone behind you yelling “push harder.” You may only need someone helping you spot the trees, steer around trouble, and handle the occasional boulder without crashing and burning. If a bump sends you airborne, the goal is to learn how to strike a pose, land, and keep rolling.

Questions before you start?

What if I don't know exactly what my goal is?

That's not a problem—it's part of Success in The SUPAR Success Formula. Sometimes the first important work is figuring out what you really want and turning it into a specific goal that actually leads where you want to go.

What if I've tried before and didn't follow through?

Then you already have useful experience. We'll look at what happened, understand why, adjust the plan and use what you learned to make the next push better.

Do I have to make a huge change in four weeks?

No. The goal is to get the right snowball moving. A small action that creates a real win can be more valuable than an ambitious plan you never execute.

Is this only for business goals?

Crowe Your Potential is designed primarily for established business owners, but The SUPAR Success Formula can be applied to many practical goals. We focus on the goal you choose to work on.

What happens after I pay?
